Desmond Jordan has officially unveiled the platform for his campaign for Town & Regional Councillor in Ward 2: Trusted, Committed, Strong, and Focused.
Our solutions
- A platform built on responsible growth, community safety, and smart use of tax dollars.
- A promise to protect the character and heritage of Oakville as our community grows.
- A strong, steady voice for Ward 2 residents on Regional Council.
Desmond Jordan has shared the platform that will guide his campaign for Town & Regional Councillor in Ward 2: Trusted, Committed, Strong, and Focused.
Trusted reflects Desmond’s 24 years living and working in Ward 2, his leadership with Century Childcare and Sylvan Learning Centre, and two decades as a Rotary Club member. Committed speaks to his professional background in economics, finance, and investment management, and his work through Resurgo Consulting. Strong is rooted in his deep ties to the community and his belief that safe neighbourhoods start with trusted neighbours. Focused reflects his commitment to fiscal discipline and making every tax dollar count for Ward 2 residents.
“These four words describe how I’ve tried to show up for this community for the last 24 years, and how I’ll show up on Council,” said Desmond.
